<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Cochez l'indication de remboursement par l'Assurance Maladie :</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">□ contrôle de l'éradication,</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">□ dépistage des patients à risque asymptomatique de moins de 45 ans :</span></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">apparenté au 1<sup>er</sup> degré à un patient ayant eu un cancer gastrique,</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">antécédent d'ulcère sans preuve d'éradication de <em>H. pylori</em>,</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">avant prise au long cours d'AINS ou d'aspirine à faible dose,</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1"><span style="font-weight: 400;">purpura thrombopénique immunologique,</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-weight: 400;">□ examen réalisé hors indications remboursées (examen à la charge du patient)</span><span style="font-weight: 400;">.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Après accord de votre médecin :</span></p><ul><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"><span style="font-weight: 400;">interrompez les inhibiteurs de la pompe à protons au moins 2 semaines avant l'examen,</span></li><li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="2"><span style="font-weight: 400;">arrêtez les traitements antiacides et pansements gastro-intestinaux au moins 24 h avant l'examen.</span></li></ul>
- Jour 1 : jeter les premières urines du matin au lever et commencer le recueil à partir de ce moment.
- Jour 2 : arrêter le recueil APRÈS avoir récupéré les premières urines du matin au lever.
